Chapter 6 : use the ABCDEmethod continually
The ABCDE Method is a so simple and effective  powerful priority setting technique you can use every single day.You start with a list of everything you have to do for the coming day.Think on paper. Place an A, B, C, D or E before each item on your list:(A) are tasks you must do. An (A) item is defined as something that is very important like  The frogs of your life. If you have more than one (A) task, rank them by writing A-1, A-2, A-3, and so on. Your A-1 task is your biggest  ugliest frog of all.(B) are tasks you should do. These are tadpoles of your work life. (C) are tasks that would be nice to do. Ex: having coffee or lunch with a Coworker .(D) are tasks you can delegate. If other people can do it, delegate to free more time for the “A” tasks that only you can do.(E) are tasks you can cut. They may have been important at one time but are no longer relevant to yourself or anyone else. The key to making this ABCDE Method work is for you to now .discipline yourself to start immediately on your “A-1” task and then stay at it until it is complete. Eat the whole frog and don’t stop until it’s finished completely.

Chapter 6:
To succeed, always use the ABCDE law. By doing this, we do our job perfectly every day and it becomes easier to achieve life goals.
This technique is very simple.
Section A is defined as a very important thing, a task that, if we can not do it, will have serious and negative consequences.
Section B is defined as what we should do, but it has only mild consequences, and by not doing it, one may become upset and dissatisfied.
In Section C, doing or not doing things has no consequences, such as drinking tea.
In D, there are tasks that can be left to others to have enough time to do A tasks.
In Section E there are tasks that must be completely eliminated. Like the things we do out of habit or to enjoy.
